ISM PMI has been over 52 for 7 months, historically this has directly correlated with Crypto Bull Markets.

But it hasn't happened in 2026.

I think it's all hinging on the Clarity Act.

Every other major asset class has hit ATH's this year, Crypto is literally the only one that hasn't.

I don't see any other reason, that being said, once it does pass we're likely to see a hyper bull market beyond anything we've seen in the past.
